After much careful thought and consideration, Edenfield Parish Church, St Andrew’s and St Paul’s have elected to “temporarily suspend” all services.
Under the current government regulations public worship is permitted; and we have until now, held services at each of our churches on a four-week rota.
Whilst every precaution has been taken for us to be covid secure, sadly the virus has got too close to home, and the decision to close has therefore been made for your health and safety.
Edenfield will be open for “private prayer only” this Sunday at 8.00am but there will ‘not’ be a service of worship or led prayer. More information regarding future services will be issued as it becomes available, taking into account government advice and guidance.
