Ernie and Tilly helped light the Advent Candles at St Andrews on Sunday. The second candle represents ‘hope’. We eagerly wait, in anticipation, knowing that Christ will come again.

Thank you to everyone who supported St Philip’s Christmas Fair on Saturday. It is one of the longest standing traditions of Stubbins, and was begun over 85 years ago to raise money for St Philip’s Sunday School. Takings are still being counted, but it is their biggest fund raising and community event of the year, and hopefully 2019 will be no exception.…
