St Philip’s Fair

Thank you to everyone who supported St Philip’s Christmas Fair on Saturday. It is one of the longest standing traditions of Stubbins, and was begun over 85 years ago to raise money for St Philip’s Sunday School. Takings are still being counted, but it is their biggest fund raising and community event of the year, and hopefully 2019 will be no exception.…

Goodbye Andy

The time has come when we bid goodbye to our curate Andy Harper and his family,as he moves on to his new parish in Christ Church, Patricroft. Remembrance Day Services

RETM churches were very proud to host our Remembrance Day services throughout the Team. Both St Philip’s and Edenfield held their services of Remembrance slightly early, but were supported by their uniform organisations, who were great representatives for Scouting.
